IPAD ENGAGES WITH THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Leadership of IPAD together with experts in the field of International law from the LLM International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law program at the European University, Viadrina engaged with the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), where discussions were held with some of the court’s judges on key aspects of human rights jurisprudence and the role of the ECtHR in upholding justice across Europe.

In addition to these insightful discussions, time was spent at the ECtHR Library, exploring extensive legal resources and research materials that contribute to a deeper understanding of human rights law and its application.

This engagement aligns with IPAD’s commitment to promoting human rights and legal education, strengthening partnerships that advance justice and the rule of law on a global scale.
