EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR IPAD ENGAGES WITH EUROPEAN UNION LEADERSHIP IN GERMANY

Our Executive Director, Maxwell Boamah Amofa, had the privilege of meeting with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, during the Café Kyiv conference in Berlin, Germany. The meeting provided an opportunity for high-level discussions on global affairs, with a particular emphasis on the European Union’s stance on key geopolitical issues.  

President von der Leyen underscored the EU’s unwavering commitment to addressing the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, highlighting the region’s security concerns and the broader implications for global stability.

The engagement reaffirmed IPAD’s mission to foster international cooperation for sustainable growth in Africa.  

As an organization dedicated to building strong partnerships for African development, IPAD continues to engage with global leaders to advocate for collaborative solutions to pressing global challenges.
